Yoga For Strength

Yoga for Strength combines pilates, strength training and yoga in a fun creative way with the goal of building lasting core support, increased flexibility and decreased pain. This class addresses common imbalances that lead to back pain, weakness, shoulder tightness, and lack of mobility and function. We target the entire body through movement and the use of light hand weights, bands, and props. We place strong emphasis on effective breathing techniques that support core function, strength and movement. Expect to work hard, feel stronger, more relaxed and calmer. Modifications will always be offered and all movements can be done without weights. This class is open to anyone and we welcome beginner students. Pre-registration is required for all in studio classes. Online booking window closes 30 minutes before class. Late cancelation window is 60 minutes before class.
