Beginners

Whether you are new to yoga, have tried videos or books at home, taken a few classes, or haven’t practiced for a long time, we welcome you. Practicing yoga in a group setting gives you permission to relax, de-stress, and challenge yourself. At home it’s easy to be distracted by the busyness of everyday life. At Yoga at Simply Well, you will feel comfortable.

Get Registered

Registering is easy. Simply visit us online at yogaatsimplywell.com or use our Mariana Tek
app on your smartphone or tablet. In addition to the above weekly classes, we also
offer workshops, special events, and more!

Arrive Early

Arrive 10 to 15 minutes before class begins. Our parking lot is located directly behind the building so you don’t have to feed the meters!
Feel free to enter through our garden entrance in the rear. Studio is on the second floor. 

Get Comfortable

Be prepared to remove your shoes and socks. Classes are held in bare feet when possible. Bring a bottle of water. Refrain from eating heavy foods before class. Most classes last 50-90 minutes, with some exceptions.
