Sacred Energy Circle - "Jumpstart January as Joy" with Melissa Brehm Fri, Jan 5, 2018 at 7:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Every New Day/Year is an opportunity to mentally clear and open to the Infinite Realm of possibility, enabling each to break free of limiting patterns that have kept a stranglehold on one’s journey. Choosing JOY jumpstarts the ability to see and experience life as more Light, so any specific intention set is magnified with deeper resolve. Emotionally embracing a vibration of higher frequency amps up one’s entire energetic field and quickens the potential for succeeding wherever attention is placed. Opting for Joy as a conscious focus ensures a shift in the entire earthly paradigm, not only broadening one’s personal horizon, and absolutely contributing to the collective awakening!
Energy Circles are a unique opportunity to show up in complete synchronicity with others mirroring our Truth and providing a place of safety which encourages our “Yes” to why we’re here in this lifetime. Our willingness to speak our Intention into the Circle and surrender to the Power of our Breath activates our fullest potential within.
Please bring a water bottle and a light snack to share. Grounding with food afterwards is important.

Your Mystery is Waiting to Bee Unfurled with Jaque Hanson Sat, Jan 6, 2018 at 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm
In the beginning of Jaque’s spiritual awakening she was part of a group of women that journeyed to the Islands of Malta.  This pilgrimage led her and 23 other women to ‘remember' their Priestess within. Jaque participated in 3 different Mystery Schools across the country.  In the eve of the Waning Moon in Libra we shall explore the concept of your personal mystery, as Jaque Hanson shares her experiences of surrendering and embracing her mystery.  Jaque will explore the significance of Bee Medicine from the ancient Maltese traditions.  She will share a brief ceremony with her Beehive Mystery School graduates, and will facilitate a meditation with an Esoteric modality to bring harmony and equilibrium to you, with the balancing energies of Libra: What may you keep and what may you let go? Libra inspires us to embody fairness and inner-peace.

This enrollment runs from Fri Oct 5, 2018 - Sun Oct 7, 2018
Restorative yoga is a gentle inward form of yoga that invites participants to move towards greater balance, control and participation in their life. The participant’s body is placed in yoga postures that are supported with props. The mind is invited to slow down with the use of pranayama, visualization and mantra allowing the individual to turn inside. A restorative practice is a complement to any yoga practice or other form of exercise and perfect for almost any practitioner looking to experience a deeper state of relaxation and healing than Savasana or sleep. It is also a perfect practice for those recovering from injury or illness or anyone who experiences stress on a daily basis.

In this weekend restorative yoga training created from the Tantric Hatha Yoga Teachings, the work of Herbert Benson and Jon Kabat Zinn, participants will gain practical, hands-on experience and skills to work with a wide range of populations. The program will include posture practice, pranayama, meditation, mantra, mudra, visualization, and use of props to create a safe/comfortable/healing environment. Participants will leave the training confident in their ability to understand the philosophy and science behind restorative yoga as well as self-assured in their aptitude to lead their students through a complete restorative yoga practice.  Earn 20 CEUs with Yoga Alliance
