Jenni Moore has practiced Pilates for more than a decade and has taught as part of Dickinson College’s Wellness Program, at the Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet, and at health clubs for the last five years. Combining teaching methodologies studied while earning her master’s of education with her passion for Pilates, she obtained her certification in Mat. Her matwork is infused with elements of dance and strength fusion, creating an approach to Pilates that is at once both classic and contemporary. Applying creativity, communication, and motivation, Jenni uses her extensive movement and wellness knowledge toward client enrichment and health.

An exercise system developed by Joseph Pilates to strengthen muscles, increase flexibility and improve overall health. Learn effective exercises that target every part of the body. Focus on the core postural muscles that help to keep the body balanced and aligned. Emphasis is placed on proper breathing techniques and safety.
