Baby Yoga Time

Want to connect with yourself and your baby? Come enjoy a yoga practice with your baby! Class will be centered around building connection through movement, sound, and play.
Stretch to open and release tension from care taking, help rebuild core strength postpartum, and practice being more present in the moment with your baby. Fun ideas you can use at home for moving and breathing with your baby will be incorporated. This class is open to babies birth-15 months.
Parents, grandparents, or caregivers, and siblings are welcome to enjoy this practice with baby. Crying babies, nursing, and diaper changes are to be expected and are welcome within the class.

Confused about what to eat and what not to eat during pregnancy? Come enjoy a trimester by trimester guide to nourish your pregnancy with Health Coach and Yoga Instructor, Irene Osborn. We will talk about supplements, nourishing foods according to development, morning sickness and more! Students will leave with a booklet to refer back to and a parting gift. Come enjoy healthy snacks and learning with women desiring to conceive and expectant mothers!
You will leave with calendula salve, a personal 40+ page booklet and we will have nutritious food and drink for the class.
Black Light Glow Flow

Come out to a fun Halloween themed class set to the glow of black lights and a spooky playlist. Enjoy a moderate yet energetically paced sequence of fun and interesting yoga poses. Wear clothing with the fluorescent colors of orange, pink, green or yellow so that you glow under black light and wear any costume accessories that glow under black light. Having fun is good medicine for the soul, so come out and glow. All levels are welcome.
Pre-registration is strongly encouraged. Due to the extensive set up, we require a minimum of 10 participants to run this class.

Creative Arm Balancing for Beginners

Have some Yoga fun while exploring the strange shapes that are the stages of arm balance poses. You will learn what muscles to strengthen and engage to accomplish poses like crow and firefly. This workshop is for you if you have no experience with arm balances and enjoy learning and exploring new postures. You will leave with the information needed to begin the journey toward accomplishing arm balances. This workshop is open to all-levels. May not be appropriate for those with wrist or shoulder injuries.

Learn how to correctly prop yourself in Shavasana (corpse pose) to deepen this wonderfully healing pose. - Energize your body with cleansing Yogic Breathing. - Practice a series of yoga poses that are appropriate for people of all ages and fitness levels. - Learn more about Svaroopa Yoga and how its practice can improve body alignment, ease of movement, and overall well-being.
The focus of svaroopa yoga is the release of spinal tension. This spinal release begins with a pose to release the tension in the muscles surrounding the tailbone and ends with a pose to release tension in the neck and upper spine. The release of spinal tension lifts pressure off internal organs and glands, so that all body systems – including the digestive, circulatory, immune and respiratory systems – function better.
This class will focus on release of neck and shoulder tension as well as release of the upper and lower spine.
To ensure that each student receives the individual attention that he or she needs to obtain the maximum benefit from the poses, the class will be limited to a maximum of 10 students. This class will fill. Cost is $60 for the 4 week session.
Breath Work for Beginners

Taking time out to breathe each day, calms the mind, soothes the nervous system and strengthens the cardiovascular system. In this workshop, you will learn to breathe in a more efficient and functional manner by exploring and engaging the muscles used to breathe. You will learn how just a few minutes a day of breath practice can bring a sense of ease to the mind and body. We will explore the Yogic practice of Pranayama by exploring various forms of breathing. Prana means life energy and Yama means to control or focus. Practicing Pranayama increases our sense of aliveness and connects us to the awareness of our soul. We will dive into learning how breath can be used as healing tool and how breath can be a foundation for building a meditation practice. This workshop is open to all levels. No previous Yoga or breath experience necessary.
